Once booking is completed we will begin to get everything ready for your party! We are available to communicate with you via phone, email or text to settle a time and address and answer any questions. On the day of the party we ask the area where you want us to set up is cleaned and cleared of furniture so we can set up the teepees. We will set everything up and ensure you’re pleased with the presentation and that’s it! We will come back the next day at the agreed upon time to pick everything up and make it as hassle free as possible for you!
Once you click “book now” you will fill out a quick questionnaire about the party. Once we receive it we will create the invoice and email you the party information. There is a 50% deposit due at the time of booking and the balance is due 3 days prior to your party date.
Yes! We service the greater central Arkansas area! There is a $1 per mile fee for every mile after 40mi
We understand things beyond our control come up from time to time. We will allow cancellations with a refund of deposit 2 weeks prior to party date. Within 2 weeks of party we will reschedule and move the deposit to the rescheduled party.
**on custom themes the refund on cancellations will be minus any material purchased for your custom event and an itemized list of deductions will be provided.
The price for a custom theme depends on the detail and extent of the theme. Usually ranges between $15-$50 additional per tent.
We do have some boy themes coming up really soon! For now we can create a custom theme!
Although we prefer a 2 week advance booking we can accommodate last minute booking within 3 days of party provided the pre-existing schedule allows it. Full balance is due at booking for parties booked a week or less out.
We offer everything from balloon bouquets to balloon walls and any combination in between!
If you have a certain design in mind just send us a picture and we will design a unique version of what you like!
Yes! We do employee parties, grand openings, product promotions, holiday events and many more! If there’s a reason to celebrate or bring attention to your business we can help!

Let us know what colors and design and theme you’d like and we will create some gorgeous mock-ups with pricing for you. When you’re ready to move forward we will send you an invoice via email. We require a 50% deposit and the balance due 3 days prior to event.
